Membership Length: We ask those new to CrossFit to commit to 3-months of membership. We invest many hours into new trainees and have found that 90 days is the minimum required to take advantage of this training
Holds: We allow two membership holds per year for a period of 1-week or greater.
Auto debit: All group-class memberships are based on a automatic draft system.
