50 In Unison Burpees


40 Kettlebell Swings
30 Push Press
40 Slam Balls
30 Front-rack lunges

*Athletes will each start at a different station (KB swings, push press, slam balls, or front squats) and complete the work at each station. Athletes may not advance to the next station until everyone has completed their work. Each athlete will complete all 4 movements.
